Personalized & Customized Products

Products that are customized, personalized, branded, or specially curated according to customer requirements are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Logo branded merchandise
• Corporate gifting orders
• Event & wedding gifting items

As these products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused.

Non-Customized Products

• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is returned with original packaging and accessories
